International trade laws, intellectual property laws, human rights laws and so on form part of fundamental legal establishments that play vital role in today’s business world. In order to meet the requirements and make use of growing opportunities, ‘Legal studies’ thus has become one of the most significant requirements of the time. Learning Law requires mental skirmish at Law schools and law colleges. Many students find it difficult and same time many enjoy this mental skirmish. In learning Law, it is inevitable to extract conclusions from various legal cases and incidents and to understand the reasons for the rules.
